I think the grapefruit diet was back in the early 80s…my parents lost a lot of weight on it…it was from a company called " The Diet Center" not sure if they were all over the US…but they were in Florida for sure.

Can you do a video on the femoral nerves and muscle…some how I messed mine up and I've tried everything but still get the shock zap feeling down my legs. .and I know for a fact it's not the Is sciatic nerve. Could it be a hurt disk?

So i do all this stuff and have now stopped loosing weight and weight is going up. But then i am drinking more tea again no sugar of any kind added. Heard matcha tea is suppose to help lose weight but so far that too isnt working. For whatever reason i am going in the wrong direction. I have been writing down everyting i eat and what exercises i do, been doing that for three years, doesnt help me either.

I started waking up an hour earlier to stretch and do calestinics. It helps me deal with my anxiety due to my job. I work in a forensic mental health hospital.

I lost 40lbs no more pop and 3 healthy meal small plates and two healthy snacks and plenty plenty water and I got my A1C down I was taking 2000 MG a day of metFormin and now i take 50mg once a day I still have more to go but I'll get there

I heard some guy lost 12kg in just one month by following diet plan from Agoge Diet so I tried that too. Although I didn't lose that much, I could say this thing really works and it's definitely worth trying

All Weight Watchers suggestions which I have been doing for over 15 yrs and have a maintained a healthy weight of 130 for a 5'5" height at the age of 78. I do light exercise every morning.

I just drink plenty of water and eat bread for 3 days (Mon – Wed) and Thur – Sunday, i eat foods that is rich in protein and vitamins. But the thing is, i exercise less. I think by not eating in a day (only drink water) i may lose a bit of weight. I tried to handle the hunger so i just let it slip… i don't know if it is working but when i go to weigh myself i think i only lost a bit of weight..

I was obese according to my BMI but I’m 6’4 so it doesn’t show so much. I lost 20lbs in a month and I’m currently losing 1 per week. It’s like I’m at that set point now and it’s really hard to lose weight as fast.

The video is a massive contradiction. It states that diet and exercise can not prevent obesity, but then goes on to blame "environmental factors" like the western diet and sedentary lifestyle.
Set point theory is also completely fabricated using bad methodology. Studies used measurements like self reported hunger levels, ignoring the issue of physical addiction to particular ingredients that just happen to be crammed into a lot of modern processed food.
The problem is people's perception of the timescale of big weight loss is completely unrealistic. If you want to lose weight sustainably it is going to take you a long time and it will probably involve incorporating weightlifting to boost your metabolism.

I struggle with weight and I always have. I remember one day I was being told by my doctor to eat less and exercise more. I did that and it worked a little bit, at first I lost 15 pounds and was so happy. So I stuck to the advice but I couldn’t lose more. I still stick to the diet and exercise and while I’ve never lost weight I’ve also never gained that weight back. It just sucks when people judge you based on your looks when they don’t even know the half of what’s going on. Please please please don’t judge fat people without knowing about they’re circumstances. For example when I lost that 15 pounds I was sooooo happy, but as soon as I went out in public I was getting looks and comments. That immediately broke me, I had just done something I had never thought possible and I got looked and stared at. And please if anyone has any advice on losing weight I’d love to hear them. Thank you for your time ❤️

Oh My Gosh – WTF would this video explain why there is an obesity epidemic and not offer some tips and tools to address it? Not only that, but it's TOTALLY WRONG when it states that calories in and calories out DON'T MATTER, when in fact they do friggin' matter because that's how technically someone becomes OBESE in the first place. You don't become obese by just sitting there and being in your environment. You don't go to sleep thin, and wake up obese. You become obese because of the food CHOICES that are made available in your particular environment, and the MINDSET you have when consuming those food choices. Yes stress, sleep, as well as limiting beliefs about yourself CONTRIBUTE to the TYPE and AMOUNT of food you consume. YES exercise does matter because exercises releases endorphins that help fight against a negative self image and mindset, and help regulate hormones / sleep/ stress, all contributing to a healthier lifestyle and reduction in obesity!! The video fails to mention that in order to address the obesity epidemic in our country, people need to start from the inside out. What type of mindset do you have? What happened in your life where you feel like you are not worthy of health? That you are not good enough to be slim and healthy? Why is that life not for you!?? Start your change from the inside out, this is how we can start addressing the sky rocketing numbers for overweight and obese people in this country. This video needs to be edited or taken down.
