You obviously won’t lose as much weight or get as much results, but a 2 weeks program is easier to commit to, and you can always do it twice!

So here my experience 😛
(Started from: 50 kg)
(Now: 48 kg)
Purpose of exercising: It is my summer vacation and I want to go to school looking slim.
Tip: Put on some party songs and then do the exercise.
I am an Army (BTS fan) so I did the exercise with the songs in the background and I enjoyed doing the exercise that way.
-On day 1 it was HARD. I body ached sooooo muchhh after the exercise. But please don't skip day 2. I know u must be hurt but if you skip a day then do it the 3rd day so it will hurt even more. Then I did the exercise again on day 2 but still my body ached. I got sick on day 3. (not bcz of the exercise. I ate something wrong and suffered from food poisoning) I couldn’t exercise for 1 whole week. Then I continued from day 3. It was easier compared to day 1 and 2. Day 4-5-6-7 also went by easily. I couldn’t really see any weight difference. But then suddenly my weight dropped to 49 after day 9-10. I did the exercise for 4 more days (day 11-12-13-14) and then my weight went down to 48 kg. I was quite happy. But my weight continued to fluctuate between 48 and 49 kg. I continued for a few more days and I still am doing it. Today is my 22nd day. And like now I don’t do it regularly but still my weight is 48kg. My waist has gotten thinner and my body is in a body shape now. I feel slimmer. So like don’t give up even if it is hard. YOU CAN DO IT.
