Hi Dr. Maggs, I’ve been doing intermittent fasting since October last year and lost 3,5kg naturally. I’m slim anyhow (52kg now) but wanted to change my eating habits & body composition and become more healthy. My only issue is that I don’t think I often eat enough fats & protein at night and I can’t push my fasting window to 16 hours. Between 10 and 11am I’m so hungry I can’t focus on anything else😋 any tips to that please? How I can extend my fasting window more efficiently? Thanks in advance.
