Sir mere ghar waale mere khaane pe bohat paabandi lagate hain chahe fruit ho yaa fir khaane 1se 2 roti khaana for loosing belly fat and rice to khana band hi hain or koi bhi fruit ho banana Apple cucumber all fruit are banned in my meal
