Q: How do you brew the tea?
A: 8 oz boiling water and allow it to steep for 15 or more minutes

Q: Can you use sweetener?
A: I use a zero calorie sweeter but you can also use honey.

Q: How long did you use the detox?
A: I took the detox a total of 5 times.

Q: Did you see results?
A: The first time I took the tea I saw results the next day. Bloating in my stomach went down significantly.
