pro tip for those doing the calendar but hating repetition (like me): I did this video at the beginning for the first time and didn´t do it again right after, but at the end, after the rest of the videos! keeps it fresh and ideal for me!

When we're doing this on the calendar, are we supposed to do it twice? Or just go back and do the one move that needs the other side?
