The less bodyfat you carry, the smaller the caloric deficit you can maintain… about 31.4 cal per lb of bodyfat per day… so yes its appropriate that appetite would increase as you lean, but only roughly 100 cals per 3lbs lost…
Exercise for weightloss includes full-body strength training 1-2x/week. Not only does it build lean mass (and prevent your body from burning it for energy) as well as a more efficient cardiovascular improvement than running or walking (not to mention improvements in bone density)… it has a distinct impact on hormonal balance within the body.
Strength training is exercise. And even though Walking, running, and playing games with inflatable balls burn calories, it is not “exercise”.. Without proper physical stimulation, the body will not produce the appropriate adaptive response.

Don't eat carbs and sugar. The end.

This is video is extremely misleading and potentially harmful to those actually looking to lose weight… sugar / insulin is what causes your cravings and drives that ravenous appetite that "will power" cannot overcome… losing weight is easy if you educate yourself on how the body ACTUALLY operates, and you work with it instead of against it

Excellent video. The way I see the body's bias against losing weight is what I call a set point.
I am certain just about all animals have a set point for fat storage. We need a set point because since we are all hard wired for survival, the body needs to know when we are getting too low on body fat so it can start emergency measures like increasing appetite and slowing the basal metabolic rate to prepare for starvation.
After years of research, I believe I have figured out the two main parameters for gaining body fat, and raising your body fat percentage set point.
I believe the first cause of obesity is fructose consumption. Fructose has a metabolic effect of helping animals gain weight in a preparation for surviving a lack of food in the winter.
The second is low vitamin D levels. In the fall, the sun produces less vitamin D for us to soak in, and I believe somehow that makes us store energy, and increase our appetite. I believe this because I recently started taking 25,000 IU daily of vitamin D3, and I immediately started losing weight, and I still am.
I was able to go from 232 pounds down to 206 pounds by eliminating sugar from my diet, eliminating all carbohydrates, eating just meat which significantly reduced my appetite, and raising my vitamin D blood levels extremely high. It works for me. I think I have been able to lower my body fat set point by these methods.

Is there a way to modify/bias BMR activities? Could we shuttle more energy to muscle building, repair, neural activity, etc.? Then we can function better, feel more alert, even while storing less fat (or even burning it).

a good appetite suppressant is a couple cups of pure black coffee in the morning. Combine that with intermittent fasting and you’ll look unrecognizable.

How do you actually cure GERD/chronic acid reflux? Is there an actual "Permanent Cure" that works or just symptom treatments for life? I developed weaked LES after chronic overating. So, after I eat, a lot of food just comes out of my mouth effortlessly. What should I do to cure this?

Fidgeting can make you burn up to 800 calories more a day?! Are you insane?
That's an hour and a half of running. Did you mean per week ? I highly doubt my knee bouncing is more effective than a long run!
