Interesting. Believe that people going for different exercise later in diet. I gained weight because I did walking (120 cals an hour) for 90 mins I thought I needed 1400 calories only need 1267. I had eaten back my workout calories instead of running don't worry you'll get there train smart. I probably was overweight at one point but I hit 15 percent body fat and maintained for 2 years it can be done. Weights, adherence and mixing up training. Got an extra stone from walking never again.

I always thought dieting is expensive and 'healthy' food costs a lot. Little did I know. I got my diet plan from Agoge Diet and I was able to select foods that fit my budget.

When your solely depending on your resting metabolism to break down all your food plus help you lose weight,that's not going to work,no food journal,or real exercise?When you want to really lose weight you need knowledge,attitude,and a real plan of attack.

Honestly, when I started dieting, the biggest revelation for me was just how much I need to eat to stay alive. No wonder I loved to binge eat junk food if I barely met my calorie requirements with normal food. I'm really grateful that my body is so energy-efficient and good at storing fat. I can survive restricting calorie intake every now and then if it means I'm able to better survive through actual food shortages if a zombie apocalypse happens.

To lose weight, you don't have to starve yourself, it won't help you. Instead, eat the right kind of food and the right fat, etc.
