Fascinating information presented. In summation, to lose weight; exercise portion control, cut down on carbs/sugar, get enough rest, and drink water. Also, going for a 1-2 mile walk per day is not a bad idea!

It's actually easy to lose weight. You can either be on calorie deficit or do fasting, you just have to be consistent. Instead of eating less, eat high volume food but low in cal. Tho exercise won't help a lot on losing weight, it's still important to keep your muscle strong.
