Some good tips here but calories and knowledge of calories is important. Sure you will naturally tend to cut calories by cutting sugar and adding veggies, but your portion control can be all wrong or the mix of fatty foods can defeat your efforts. And if you’re feeling deprived, you won’t stick with any good eating habits in the long run. Learn to delay gratification and indulge less. And it’s great you mention eating slowly and focus on the fact that something is going in your mouth when you eat.
